This Acceptable Use Policy (‘Policy’) describes unacceptable uses of the AdvaPACS Software-as-a-Service (the ‘Application’) provided by AdvaHealth Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereafter, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘AHS’).

By using the Application, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Unacceptable Uses

   1. In using the Application (including selecting a subdomain and uploading content and data), you agree and shall ensure that users under your account for the Application will not:

      1. interfere with or disrupt the Application or the servers or networks connected to it.

      2. use language that is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

      3. display, perform, send, receive or store any content or data that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

      4. violate or encroach on the rights of others, including, but not limited to infringing or misappropriate any intellectual property or other rights of others.

      5. use the Application for any activities which are illegal, which violate the rights of others, or which may be harmful to others, our operations or reputation.

      6. use the Application to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, service or account.

      7. access or use the Application in a way intended to avoid incurring charges or exceeding usage limits or quotas.

      8. monitor traffic or data on our system without permission.

      9. attempt to, or authorise or encourage another, to do any of the above.

   2. The examples of unacceptable activities listed in this Policy are not exhaustive and are intended to supplement the user restrictions in our Terms of Use.

2. Violations of this Policy
   If you violate this Policy, we may terminate your use of the Application. We may also report any activity which violates any law or regulation to the appropriate authorities.

3. Changes to this Policy

   1. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in the Application, any applicable laws or other reasonable grounds. The current version of this Policy will apply each time you access and/or use the Application and you should check for any changes to this Policy when you use the Application.

   2. If we make material changes to this Policy or in how we use personal information, we will post a prominent notice of such change and notify you via email.

   3. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to ensure that your activities conform to the most recent version.
